Payments can be made by credit card over Paypal's secure site, please click on link below.
Deposit of 15% of total rental required to hold desired date, balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Please enter arrival and departure dates on "payment for" line for deposits and final payments.
If early check-in (prior to 3pm) or late check-out (after 11am) times are required, please specify on "payment for" line.
In the event of cancellation:
More than 90 days prior to arrival date: All payments ( 15% deposit and/or 85% balance) minus the paypal service charge (2.9% of payment + $0.30) will be refunded.
Between 89 - 15 days prior to arrival date: 85% of total rental fee minus the paypal service charge (2.9% of payment + $0.30) will be refunded.
